The VISION-FLEX series is an advanced 5-axis CNC machining centre built for high-precision processing of aluminium profiles. It was developed to revolutionise the cutting and machining of larger profile cross sections, including three-sided profiles of up to 7300mm in length. Its specialised end-of-profile machining capabilities ensure that profiles are prepared for application, ensuring functionality, ease of assembly and a neat, uniform appearance.

This series enables substantial time and cost savings by eliminating the need for referencing through its absolute position measuring system for CNC axes. Likewise, the use of clamping blocks, with individual and group displacement capabilities, significantly reduces set-up and manufacturing times.
