The ECO-RS is one of the latest machines developed by Reichenbacher Hamuel, available in two sizes to accommodate small or large-scale production needs. Designed for ease of installation and startup, nearly all parts are fixed to the machine, eliminating the need for disassembly during transportation or relocation.

A unique feature of the ECO-RS is its inclined-bed design. The machine’s table is fixed at an almost vertical position and can swivel. This allows components to be fed into the machine from the front while the machining process occurs inside.

With a 12° incline, the components are positioned and clamped almost vertically, rather than horizontally. Once the components are in place, the table swivels 180°. Safety is ensured by a scanner that covers the entire working area, meaning operators no longer need to wait for doors to open, streamlining the workflow and improving safety.
